Founder and Director
With 30 years of experience, Deborah specialises in many sectors of the tourism and hospitality industry, but more specifically in sales, marketing and operations within the accommodation provider network.
Deborah's particular areas of strength are in the capacity of training, project management and yield and revenue management in the accommodation and MICE industries. With the ability to offer a strategic vision, clear sense of purpose and urgency when presented with diverse situational challenges, Deborah presents over and above what is expected with every individual client.
Carine set up BB Yonder Consultants in 2010 and has since headed up projects with Tourism Victoria, Murray Regional Tourism Board, Mornington Peninsula Tourism, Geelong Otway Tourism, Shepparton City Council and Lesmont Country House in South Africa, as a Business Events and Tourism Consultant.
Prior to setting up BB Yonder Consultants, Carine worked in the tourism industry for over 20 years and has held key management roles in organisations from international tour companies, hotels and resorts, conference and incentive companies, inbound travel companies, regional tourism organisations to international event acquisition company. She has extensive experience in business management, sales, business development, marketing, public relations, event management and is a certified trainer and facilitator.

Carine Bourcier, Founder and Director
Tish has worked in the tourism industry for over 20 years and has held a number of key roles and possesses extensive experience in business management, sales, marketing, advertising and consulting. Tish is also a certified trainer and facilitator.
Commencing her career in Canada with the prestigious Canadian Pacific Hotels and Resorts (Fairmont Hotels and Resorts) and for the past 15 years has been working within the Victorian tourism sector. Tish has been consulting to the tourism industry since 2008 and has worked with Tourism Victoria and Great Ocean Road Marketing in the capacity of Consultant and Executive Officer. Tish is also a Vocational Teacher and owner of an importing business and past owner of a small boutique hotel.
